​This course helps participants understand advanced techniques for product and iteration planning, project management and collaboration. The agile project management approach is targeted at projects where fast responsiveness to changing market demands is important and for organizations with innovative cultures. An agile project management approach will help dramatically improve a project team’s ability to cope with change and will improve project success rate. Using a combination of lectures, short exercises and role play as well as “agile experience”, the course introduces participants to Agile practices and processes in the context of project management.

​The certified course will help project teams properly use Scrum, increasing the likelihood of the project’s overall success. Participants will understand Scrum values, practices, and applications and provide a level of knowledge and expertise above and beyond that of typical project managers. Participants will understand the concept of “servant leaders,” and helping the rest of the Scrum team work together and learn the Scrum framework.
