INTRODUCTION TO AGILE & SCRUM COURSE
This course has been designed to take you through an interactive, Epic journey from the roots of Agile and Scrum to present day implementation strategies, and beyond. This well narrated, film style course will discuss the Agile Manifesto and its 12 principles, how to implement the Scrum constructs, and the importance of the Lean|Agile mindset.
